At Lil Thingamajigs Hive, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our hive receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
